How does an arborist safely remove a tree that is over my house?

[Every tree and situation is different and requires professional planning.  In many cases we are able to access a tree from a bucket truck and bring it down by a manageable section at a time.  If needed, a ground crew will use guide ropes to assist the bucket operator with guiding each limb and section safely to the ground.  On more difficult jobs or when a bucket truck cannot access the tree, an arborist with a safety harness will climb the tree with an arborist saw and remove manageable sections one at a time.]
